As part of the Investigators Spring topic, the children went on a trip to Duddington village.
We seen some chickens, explored the vegetable garden and were able to pint out many signs of spring throughout the walk such as the flowers growing on the trees and the daffodils growing all around.
The children then took the staff on a muddy adventure through the wooded area, there was lots of slippy, sloppy mud to get through. Lucky everyone had on their Wellington boots.
The Investigators then came back to nursery ready to start planting flowers and vegetables.
