Puddle Love

The babies of Seabeach were out in force this morning to do some serious puddle jumping! We chatted about the weather before going out and had decided on wellies (For those who had them!) and raincoats. I thought these would be a good idea. By the end of it… I thought what was the point!

Everyone was hitting every single puddle along the way, getting even more excited about that one than the previous one. I just love how simple a puddle is. I mean we see, feel, taste water every day… yet look at how much joy it can bring to such a little person.

And these, deep, dark, water-filled holes that are dotted about randomly along the prom. There is a cover over them but things can still fall down them… I wonder what would happen if I just dropped a small stone down it or a lonely leaf??

These little ones go crazy for puddles and we spent the entire morning running through them. Wellies or no wellies these children had  a BLAST and expressed this through laughter and smiles. When we returned to nursery our wellies had to be emptied liker water bottles and our socks had to be wrung out.

So… if you wanna know how wet we can get walk from a walk on the prom and just HOW INTERESTING drains are… Just ask the Seabeach little ones!weebsite wwweee wwww websitef websiteee weeeeebsite websitee website website... webg webbssite webbssiitte webbsite 245
