We would like to say a big thank you to all of the parents/carers at Rocking Horse Nursery for the donated Sainsbury’s Active Kids Vouchers. Our equipment arrived this week, we received hurdles, a ground stepping ladder, balls and dancing scarfs. We have already been making some creative mini obstacle courses. Obstacle courses encourage the children to explore different ways of movement, the tunnel, hurdles, hoops and balls promoted the children’s jumping, crawling, throwing and space awareness skills.
Over the next few weeks we will be providing more structured physical play.
