Today the investigators were given the choice of going for a walk or helping to set our garden plan into action and they choose to stay in the garden and help in the garden improvements with Rebecca and Gillian.
We emptied and moved our tyres to create a small world area (these are not finished as we have more resources to collect and add) next we created a lovely creative area with colourful bunting and pots on the fence for pens, pencils and other resources the children may chose to bring into the garden. The children also helped create more decorated cd’s to add some sparkle to the garden fences.
After all the hard work in the sun the children enjoyed a nice cooled cup of water, we used our tiered drinks dispenser to give the children a choice of plain water, water with lime wedges and water with lemon wedges all being kept cold with a bottom layer of ice.
