One of the many benefits of being a small nursery is that rooms can join together for walks around the community. Here we have a preschool child and her younger brother from the Beanie Room on a walk to feed the ducks and swans at Figgate Park.

The Toddlers at Rocking Horse have been observing their sunflowers grow from seeds and with loving watering the sunflowers are now ready to be taken home for planting.

As the Toddlers have been showing an interest in the bird feeders in the garden we have been making our own ones using shapes cutters and yoghurt pots to hang outside our room window. The Toddlers have been enjoying looking out the window and watching the birds eat their food.
